Gifts of Real Estate

Want to make a gift to the FVTC Foundation without touching your bank account? Consider giving us real estate, such as a personal residence, vacation home, farm, commercial property or undeveloped land.

Beneficiary Designations

A beneficiary designation allows giving flexibility by using, IRAs and retirement plans, life insurance policies, donor advised funds and commercial annuities. It is very simple to name the FVTC Foundation as a beneficiary.

IRA Charitable Rollover

An IRA rollover allows people age 70½ and older to reduce their taxable income by making a gift directly from their IRA.
